TCC’s Analysis of Local Council Contributions

The TCC analyzed the number of current claimants who have identified a claim against a local council, the value of those claims based on the BSA’s proposed plan, the total value being contributed by each council, and the value of each council’s unrestricted net assets. The TCC’s analysis is included as Exhibit G to the disclosure statement. The BSA’s proposed plan states that the local councils will contribute a total of $600M, but $100M of that $600M is not allocated to individual local councils and payment of that $100M is not assured under the BSA’s proposed plan. The TCC’s analysis does not include the $100M for those reasons.
